   - Teams 9 and 10 presented their progress
   - Worked with placing all factors into a relevant model

   - Determined all relevant factors for our economic model

October 27, 2003
   - Discussed Perspectives V with Subhankar Banerjee

October 24, 2003
   - Teams 1-8 presented their research

October 22, 2003
   - Discussed present research into respective topics and argued about how to analyze costs of environment, concluded on asking professionals
   - Later at night, met with alumni mentors Nina and Jeremy, got advice on how to be focused and possibly quantify environment

October 20, 2003
   - Discussed Perspectives IV in class

October 17, 2003
   - Discussed our current state of research and which questions still need to be answered, as well as which crude estimates need to be refined
   - Collaborated with Team 1 on hydropotential/economic issues

October 15, 2003
   - Met in team classroom and shared research and analytical strategies

October 10, 2003
   - Discussed our objectives for the year and our timeline of research and analysis for the remainder of 12.000
   - Updated, more carefully defining, our objectives
   - Decided to have completed necessary research by first week of November

October 8, 2003
   - Went to Barker Engineering Library and presented our research

October 6, 2003
   - Discussed Perspectives III in class

-October 5:

  Researched the economic status and oil market in Alaska. also interested in the oil and petroleum trends in the world market.  Went to Humanities library first, then to Deway Library of Social Science. consulted and summarized  reference books. Updated website and made amendments to erroneous links.
  Team meeting. Briefing on individual research.

-October 3:

  Regular team meeting. Updates on teammates' research progress. Discussed and detailed long-term goals. Scheduled a new meeting to be held this coming Sunday.

-October 1:

  Shared team articles. Expressed concerns for limited time, so decided to move on quickly to some new research topic by next week. Will meet next Wednesday in the Barker Enginneering Library.
