The vaccum base is a component of vaccum appratus, allowing the vaccum move around in the escape room.The base was initially designed to be a solid pate for the purpose of providing sufficient support for the heavy vaccum. However this comcept was evolved into a frame as the need of allowing airflow.Four Caster wheels are mounted at corners of the base by flatheads.Thickness of the plate was further justified accordingly in order to compensate the loss of strength casued by removing middle part of the plate.
The material of the base is assigned with Aluminum 606 which would would be strong enough to cooperate with heavy vaccum box. The base will be fabricated by waterjet for the caster wheels attachments and the airflow hole.The caster wheels are quiet, shock absorbing, and roll easily on smooth surface.
