Pros:

• -Toasts bread and cooks/heats food evenly enough
• -Heats food quickly and efficiently
• -Bottom tray is a good feature since it makes cleaning easier
• -Good size - compact while being able to fit 4 slices of bread
• -Affordable and cost effective

Cons:

• -Safety is a big issue, especially when it comes to overheating and causing fires
• -Overall, people are very confused by the current UI and it is not obvious how how to use the toaster withoout reading the manual or small text on the toaster
• -The dials make it difficult to know exactly what setting you are on and what exactly the device is doing
• -The toaster makes the same ticking sounds and dings as if it is toasting, even when it is not plugged in and not actually heating up
