Additional User Feedback
Thoughts from non-users, occasional users, and frequent users
Aaron - observational subject, new Super Printer user

"Had I not been observed, observer would have given up. There was definitely some Hawthorne effect."
"Relative to other printers I've used in the past, it was much more confusing to set up because there were no instructions around it. The fact that there were no explicit instructions made me question whether I was supposed to be using this computer."
On the Super Printer's inability to print color: "Knowing that a device that large can do so little is frustrating."
"Copying was a very intuitive task; it also did not require any setup."
Maria - non-user with access

"The LGO Super Printer isn't so super anymore if it can't print in color."
David A. - regular SuperPrinter user

"If all you want to do is copy a piece of paper, there are few issues. Most people can figure out copying fairly quickly."
"Scanning isn't too hard to work out, but if you want to add your address as a favorite or simply save your address in the address book, you need to spend more than 5 minutes and do some trial and error to figure it out."
"Connecting SuperPrinter to your computer is a debacle. You have to hunt through the utilities menu on the SuperPrinter to find the IP address and operate under the assumption that using the IP address will allow you to save the printer on your computer. There is no clear indication that the device serves as a network printer, which is somewhat strange."
David H. - occasional SuperPrinter user (only uses for scanning)

"The fact that you can set yourself up as a favorite in the scanning menu and automatically have it email you scanned documents is awesome. I needed David (A.) to show me how to do this."
Tim - regular SuperPrinter user

"The most difficult part was getting it set up. The standard print drivers did not do everything. I had to go on the company website and find the right driver to install from there. Once that was done, I was able to set it up properly. After it was set up, it was great: it prints quickly, automatically staples (Ed note: Tim is the only user identified who could access this functionality), defaults to two sides, it has made printing cases so much easier."
