Upcoming Events

Community Service Committee
Committee Chair: Julie Parsons (julz@mit.edu)
This committee not only participates in and promotes all campus community service events but also organizes one monthly event specifically for class members to participate in. This committee has been recently restructured to involve more class members in Community Service and networks with the PSC and the Philanthropic Society of MIT Students.

Fundraising Committee
Committee Chair: Satwik Seshasai (satwik@mit.edu)
This committee is responsible for "finding" the funding for all Class events. In the past this has been done through selling t-shirts and Red Sox tickets, as well has presenting proposed events to other MIT organizations interested in co-sponsoring events. Other ideas to be pursued are a sports tournament or other participatory event.

Publicity Committee
Committee Chairs: Caroline Hon (honc@mit.edu) and Andy Kostoulas (andyk@mit.edu)
This committee is in charge of publicizing all class events. This includes designing and putting up posters, publishing the class newsletter, sending emails and preparing other modes of publicity. They also work with the Class Representative Network to keep all Class members well informed of upcoming events.
