Our Creative Consultant, Trudy, took us to a large amplitheater in which a small human made sounds on a wooden resonating box with strings by brushing a stick across it. The sounds were strange, but the human listeners seemed pleased. We did not consider it to be any better than the sounds of playgrounds or of the seaside which Trudy has taken us to in the past.

Our mission is still in question. To determine whether these humans are intelligent creatures or not remains a puzzle. They persecute each other, fight, argue, and do other inexplicable things. Other times, they show such understanding and compassion that we are certain their faults were imagined. These traits seem to have no connection to the caste system these humans seem to be under, as we saw a demonstration of yesterday.

After hearing the child's noise, we began to walk about the city. Trudy stopped to talk to the highly colored females who occasionally give her money. The other humans did not see us due to the anti-tactile-visual-audio belts were wore, as per regulations. While speaking, a male walked up to them and asked a question. Trudy's answer must have amused them, because the four of them and a fifth human laughed (NOTE: laughing is an exhalation of breath and sound much like barking performed as a show of camaraderie) in response. The air had been supersaturated with moisture, which had begun to drop to the ground. Trudy gave this female her protection device for keeping her skin dry.

We feel it necessary to emphasize that Trudy is considered of the lowest caste here. She is treated disrespectfully and must live without sustainance or shelter for long periods of time. The other female showed signs of belonging to the priveleged class, yet Trudy gave this other woman a gift that Trudy herself liked and needed. We mean to question Trudy about her motavations later today. This reenforces our opinion that Trudy is the next step in evolution of these humans.
