Room Reservation &
Software Request Form

Your room reservation & special software request has been submitted to the Academic Computing Installations & Spaces Team. This is * not a confirmation * of your reservation or of the availability of the software you have asked us to consider installing.

We may not be able to make a decision regarding your reservation request until we have had an opportunity to test the software you have requested.

Once we are certain that we will be able to install the software you have asked us to consider, we will forward your room reservation request to the MIT Schedules Office who will coordinate with you if there are any special conflicts.

Your request, then, should not be considered final until you first hear back from the ACIS team regarding your software needs and, second, receive a final confirmation from the MIT Schedules Office regarding the time(s) & date(s) you have requested.
