Friday, Nov 11

• 6pm-10pm: Meet-and-greet, including food and games (2-142)

Saturday, Nov 12

• 8:30am-10:30am: Registration open (APOffice)
• 9:30am-11:15am: Shift 1 of conservancy project (Meet in West Annex lot well before 8:55am, drive to Pope John Paul II Park in Dorchester)
• 11am-12:45pm: Shift 2 of conservancy project (Meet in West Annex lot well before 10:25am, drive to Pope John Paul II Park in Dorchester)
• 10am-1pm: LEGO Biology Kit project at MIT (1-375 ROOM CHANGED TO 3-442): See this news article for more information on the LEGO project.


• 2:15pm-5:00pm: Various stations (MIT building 2), including:
  • Lunch: make-your-own sandwiches (2-143)
  • Storytelling roundtable (2-139)
  • Gallery of Alpha Phi Omega objects and artifacts (2-132)
  • 75th anniversary scrapbook-making (2-131)
  • Brother-led tours of campus (Departing from 2-143)
  • Registration open (2-135)


• 5pm-6pm: Break


• 6pm-6:30pm: Rededication ceremony (4-149)


• 6:30pm-8pm: Semi-formal dinner and Steak-fry style auction (Burton-Conner Porter Room)

Sunday, Nov 13
