MIT Men's Basketball Team is directed by Head Coach Larry Anderson. He is in his fourth year at MIT after a tenure at Rust College. Anderson is receiving help from an excellent group of assistant coaches: Oliver Eslinger and Indran Ratnathicam.

Since coming to MIT, Anderson has brought with him a team philosophy that sets the tone for this program:
