Cesar M. Manna

Cesar is a postdoc in the Cummins group. Cesar joined the Cummins group after completing his Ph.D. studies on the chemistry of salan-Ti(IV) complexes and the influence of stereochemistry on the cytotoxic activity of such complexes, under the supervision of Prof. Edit Y. Tshuva at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Cesar is currently investigating the chemistry of a new family of POM compounds as well as the reactivity of molybdenum-phosphate complexes for their use in catalysis. Cesar was born in Argentina and he likes to play basketball. He wonders why the NBA started the lockout just before he arrived the US?!
