Arrive in New York and enjoy a welcome reception at the hotel.
Friday, August 21st
The highlights of the city are brought to life on a strolling tour past Macy’s, up Sixth Avenue, through Columbus Circle and on to Fifth Avenue. Travel down Fifth Avenue, otherwise known as “Museum Mile” and continue past Tiffany’s, the Trump Towers and into Rockefeller Center.
Saturday, August 22nd
The Big Apple is revealed as the tour journeys through the old and the new. Guests will visit some of the ethnic neighborhoods as well as Ground Zero. In the evening guests will enjoy a dinner and a show for a night under the lights.
Sunday, August 23rd
Spend the morning in New York before traveling to Boston.
Post-Conference Tour: Durango and the American Southwest

Arrive in Durango and enjoy a welcome dinner.
Monday, August 31st
Enjoy a guided tour of Mesa Verde National Park, prehistoric home of the Native American Pueblo people. The park is famous for the dramatic cliff-side jacal, or adobe and sandstone dwellings.
Tuesday, September 1st
Ride on the historic Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Steam Train and tour the locomotive repair shop.
Wednesday, September 2nd
Durango provides easy access to many sightseeing destinations, including Santa Fe, Grand Canyon National Park, Las Vegas, and Denver and the Colorado Rocky Mountains, so rent a car and continue exploring the southwest on your own!
