Actually, after I saw the
french movie, I could
bet that the american movie would not be nearly
as explicit as the french one about the chauvinist
attitude of all men seeing women just as sex objects.
However, to my surprise, the american version, although
not as explicit, did have a lot of elements that
pointed towards that direction.
Then I thought that it could be because the movie
is about seven? years old. COuld it be that americans
are much more aware now about being politically correct
than some years ago?
