Setting Annual Priorities and Milestones

In setting priorities, the Steering Committee will take into account multiple factors including:

The requirements of other dependent Cores.

Priorities expressed by the Subgroup leaders on behalf of the Participating Investigators.

Individual requests of Participating Investigators.

Capacity assessments by the Core Coordinator(s) and Director(s).

Each Core will be required to set specific and measurable quarterly milestones to achieve the goals set forth by the Steering Committee. Similarly, milestones will be set annually for the bridging projects. Following the mid-year review, milestones may be adjusted as appropriate.
