Core E: Gene Microarray Core
Scientfic Objective: Develop custom oligonucleotide microarrays corresponding to human and murine CBPs, glycoenzymes and other genes relevant to the Consortium.
Operations involving Central Database:
Data entry (add new glyco-gene chips, microarray experiments)
Edit entry
Finalize data
Search and display data
Core B is working with the Core Directors to finalize and implement the above operations and more. Please revisit this site soon to check out the new functions
Data sets: Microarray experiment information,
target sample information, gene chip information, raw data
of chip readout (text format, excel format, etc.)
Identifiers: The primary identifier for Core E
data is Microarray ID. Other
identifiers include Microarray Experiment ID, Sample ID and
Protocol ID
