Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hotel@MIT (20 Sidney Street, Cambridge, MA 02139), beginning on Sunday, March 20, at a rate of $145.00 per night (single or double), plus applicable taxes. This special rate is available until the conference block is sold out or until the cut-off date of February 28, 2005, whichever comes first. For reservations e-mail the hotel or call them at 617-577-0200. When making your reservation please mention the conference code HER or that you are booking for the HERUG 2005 Conference Room Block. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel; the MIT Conference Services Office does not handle individual reservations.
