Call for Speakers

The SAP Higher Education and Research User Group (HERUG) is soliciting proposals for speakers for breakout sessions for the annual conference, which will be held at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in March 2005.

HERUG Mission and Goals

The overall mission of HERUG is to foster the development and more effective delivery of SAP functionality to the higher education and research community.

The User Group will act as a liaison between SAP and HER Member Institutions and between the Institutions themselves. See Mission and Goals on the HERUG website for additional information.

Description of Breakout Sessions

Breakout sessions are 90 minutes in length.
Note: Wireless Internet access will be available in each breakout session facility.

Speaker Deadlines

Submissions: Monday, February 7th, 2005
Submitters notification of acceptance: Tuesday, February 22nd, 2005

Preparation of Submission
  • Title of subject
  • Brief speaker bio, no more than 200 words.
  • Speaker name(s), mailing addresses, telephone number and email address.
  • Please let us know of any presentation or special requirements.
