HST Projector Reservations
Instructions
Point and click to navigate through the calendar.
Use the NAVIGATE option to go directly to a desired month.
Use the DISPLAY option to switch between year, month, week, or day views.
To add your event, just click on the underlined DATE you want.
In the NEW ENTRY window, pick your desired time slot. In the CALENDAR TEXT box, please include your event name and your name and email. All other fields are optional. Click submit.
To return to the calendar screen, press VIEW CALENDAR.
EVENTS WITHOUT CONTACT INFO WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE.
