6.4.3 Third and higher order derivative vector

The third and higher order derivative vector $ m\geq 3$ can be obtained in a manner similar to the curvature vector case. We assume that $ {\bf c}^{(j)}$ for $ 1\leq j \leq m-1$ , and $ u^{(j-1)}$ and $ v^{(j-1)}$ for $ 2\leq j \leq m-1$ are already evaluated. The algorithm is given as follows:
