Fee: $48.00 for instruction. $72 for non-members
An intense workout that will provide results! This class consists of interval
sessions of cardio and strength training that will get your heart rate up to
keep you in shape. A great class for anyone in a fitness rut, or wants to try
something new! This class is taught by a certified personal trainer.
This class is not availible for Physical Education credit.
