IS&T will soon release the updated beta versions of the Materials Module and Membership Service.  Features to be demoed include:

Membership Service (Jan 14th & Jan 23rd):

• Importing of WEBSIS pre-registration section enrollment data (i.e., recitations, lectures, labs and design).
• User-customizable maximum size for individual sections.
• Flexible options for creation of ad hoc groups and assiging students to multiple section (types).
• Student photos in roster and list views.
• Integration points with Materials and other modules.

Materials Module (Jan 23rd only):

• Clean, contemporary user interface 
• Ability order materials more flexibly
• Various filter and view options
• Support for larger file sizes.

This IAP session is intended for interested and confirmed beta users, but all are welcome.
