Professor Eila Järvenpää (Helsinki University of Technology)

As the professor of Organizational behavior and knowledge management at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, Helsinki University of Technology, Järvenpää is the responsible director of the LIS-HUT project and contributes to the project as a scientific advisor. Her research interests include knowledge management, communication in organizations, social capital, cross-cultural management, and ICT and quality of working life. Her teaching areas are organizational behavior, knowledge management, cross-cultural management, and research methods.
