Kati-Jasmin Kosonen, MSSs, is a researcher of the Research Unit for Urban and Regional Development Studies (Sente) at the university of Tampere. She specializes in local and regional development policy in the less-favoured regions, innovation promotion and programme-based policy-making. Current interests are in the dynamics of the innovation networks and urban economic development processes.
