Katja Lahenius (Helsinki University of Technology), Graduate researcher

Katja Lahenius, Lic.Tech., is a researcher of the research unit for Human Capital and Leadership (HCL) at the Helsinki University of Technology. Her current research focuses on the role and effects of social capital in creation of innovations within organizational networks. The aim is to identify both positive and negative effects of social capital in network collaboration.
