Juha Nummi, M.Sc., is a researcher of the research unit for Human Capital and Leadership (HCL) at the Helsinki University of Technology. His current research focuses on the collaboration patterns of formal and informal collaboration within innovation networks and how these influence innovativeness. His interests includes the significance of social capital in innovation networks.
