The Lee Grodzins Postdoctoral Award

NOMINATE

Nominations are submitted through Academic Jobs Online (AJO).

NOMINATIONS ARE DUE BY SEPTEMBER 15, 2019.

The nomination package must include the following:

  • A nominating letter by the postdoctoral advisor,
  • Two supporting letters which may be provided by physicists at any level who can speak to the postdoc's accomplishments,
  • A CV,
  • A publications list, with weblinks for three (3) selected publications provided at the top,
  • A proposed abstract for the LNS colloquium.

The letters should speak to the originality of the postdoc's work and the significance of its impact on the field. The quality of the candidate's presentations and suitability as an LNS colloquium speaker should also be discussed.

Nomination Procedure:

Please ask the nominee to create an Academic Jobs Online (AJO) entry through this link. This will allow the nominator, the nominee, and the other referees to provide materials. The AJO entry must be created by the nominee, not the nominator.
