Known Bugs in MIT Kerberos for Macintosh 2.5
Behavior OS Setup Hardware Workaround
Kerberos applications fail to launch, sometimes with an error about DriverServicesLib. - Nubus PowerMacs (eg: 7100s) Upgrade to the latest release.
If the Kerberos server is down or an invalid Kerberos server is specified, change password hangs. - - Upgrade to the latest release.
Kerberos Manager returns the error "Kerberos returned an error: Unknown code ___y91" on login. - - Check your TCP/IP settings to make sure you have the proper entry in Search domains specified. Such an entry is the part of your machine's name that comes after your individual hostname, for example mit.edu or media.mit.edu. That entry must be listed first.
Kerberos Manager returns the error "Kerberos returned an error: Unknown code ___y118" on login. - - Check your TCP/IP settings to make sure you have entries for the Name server addresses field specified and that they are the proper entries. If the entries are correct the error persists, make sure you have a functioning IP address.
Kerberos Manager returns the error "Kerberos returned an error: Unknown code ___y123" on login. - - Make sure that your Macintosh is properly connected to the Internet. If you are using a PPP connection, make sure it is established and active.
