Landscape Park Duisburg-Nord - Ruhr Valley, Germany

The flagship project of the IBA Emscher Park in the Ruhr Valley of Germany, Landscape Park Duisburg-Nord is an exceptional example of a reimagined industrial landscape that restores the site's ecological functioning.

Landscape Park Duisburg-Nord consists of:
- 230 hectares
- “Metamorphosis” of existing structures and uses from industry to art and entertainment
- Open space for the city and visitors
- Creative adaptive reuse of industrial infrastructure
