Schoneberger Sudgelande Nature Park _ general characteristics |
The Schoneberg Sudgelande Nature Park is on the site of the former Rangierbahnhof bei Tempelhof Freight Terminal in south central Berlin 6.5 km south of the Reichstag. The site is a sliver of land whose edges are defined by active S-Bahn and passenger rail tracks. The rails in the 18 hectare interior of the site have not seen train traffic in over 40 years. |
