Specific Requirements

What follows in this section are the requirements for the Hephaestus\ Process. Great pains have been taken to separate design requirements from implementation details. This is traditionally fairly difficult; in the case of the Hephaestus Project, due to its nature, it is even more so. Thus there may be lapses where implementation details have been inadvertently included. Conversely, certain details may be expected to have been included here that have successfully not been; instead of looking for such details, seek for the requirements they fall under.

The requirements are broken up according to the phases expected of the Hephaestus Process. In addition, the first section of requirements is a general section applicable to all phases. Many requirements mentioned in the sections for individual phases may simply be explicit descriptions of the general requirements as applied to the specific phases.
