Teachers who come to MIT for SEPT are typically recognized as innovative, creative, and dedicated leaders in their schools and communities. Would you, or a teacher you know, be a good fit for SEPT?

Each year, we accept 25 outstanding educators from secondary schools worldwide who teach science, technology, engineering, and/or math (STEM) subjects. In the past, the teachers who have made the most of their week at MIT are known to:

• Integrate technology in their classrooms - particularly technology that enables students to create; and
• Demonstrate innovation in their teaching practice, and advancement through past professional development or other extracurricular experiences.

To apply, download and fill out the 2015 appliction below, and email it to sept@mit.edu before March 1, 2015. Past applicants who were not selected in previous years are welcome to reapply! But, please note that only full-time educators will be considered - and, accepted applicants should commit to attend all sessions from Sunday, June 21 to Saturday, June 27, staying overnight in double-occupancy dorm rooms.
