Background
Even if "rock and roll" started back in the day in the US, the idea has spread around the world to different languages, creating new cross-genres like rock en español (I kid you not). These guys are, I guess, the Grateful Dead of Italian rock. They did their first album in 1963 and were regularly making music until the early 1990's, when their bassist and lead guitarist died "tragically" (haven't found any more details on that). The Dead comparison comes from a sort of anti-establishment/commercialism message that turns up in some of their music. And, similarly, after the loss of some of their core members, they've kept the act together.

Lyrics
Non dire niente
fra un minuto il giorno nascerà
e l'uomo che io ero morirà.

Amica mia
questa casa non è casa mia
col primo vento caldo me ne andrò.

Cielo grande cielo blu
quanto spazio c'è lassù
cammino solo e non ti sento più.
Cielo grande cielo blu
al mio fianco c'eri tu
e il giorno che nasce
cancella ogni segno di te.

Un giorno insieme
a lanciar sul fiume i sassi e poi
capire cosa siamo in fondo noi.

Amica mia
so che forse tu non capirai
ma un uomo, no non è contento mai.

Cielo grande cielo blu
quanto spazio c'è lassù
cammino solo e non ti sento più.
Don't say nothing
Within a minute the day will be born
And the man who I was Will day.

Friend of mine
This house is not my house
With the first warm wind I will go away.

Sky great blue sky
How much space there is
I walk alone and I still don't feel closer to you.
Sky great blue sky
By my side you were
And the day that is born
Cancels every sign of you.

We need know only a day
Launched onto the river
And then to understand that we are at the bottom.

Friend of mine
I know that perhaps you will not understand
But a man, is never content.

Sky great blue sky
how much space there is
I walk alone and I still don't feel closer to you.
