Explorer Grant - Reports/Meetings

The student team leader (or student team) must meet at least monthly with the Faculty Mentor and the Catalyst (business advisor assigned by the Innovation Centre).

Quarterly written reports will be submitted to the Director, Innovation Centre and shall contain the year-to-date comparison of actual expenditures with budgeted amounts, and the progress on meeting the technical and market analysis  goals. Student team leader (or student team) to work with the Faculty Mentor to provide the final return report at the end of the project.

The Director, Innovation Centre can schedule a conference call with the student team leader (or student team), Catalyst and Faculty Mentor at any time to discuss the progress and review the commercialization direction.
