Market Analysis/Cost Report – waiting on Architecture

“Website Party” planned for this weekend; need new logo by then (Diana find a room); pizza will be included!

Diana:  ASA will probably approve the “Solar House Team”; need 51% MIT students & don’t go to them for credit

Team picture next week – tell everyone to come!

Project Summary needs to be updated; Diana and Corey will work on it

Communications: website hasn’t been worked on much, but needs to be done by March 6; need transparency in website designs

Electrical (Kevin): preliminary plan put together; although will be fixed after designs are submitted; Kurt will advise about SIPS design

Need to find out if grad students can participate in contests (they are “post-secondary”)

Energy analysis people: do the plumbing, hot water, and HVAC plans

Jordan will help with the battery folks (jordanmstephens@gmail.com)

Kurt: our lot needs to be leveled; we should do a get-together to flatten everything (later)

Need to come up with a meeting schedule with BAC; expect delays because they are busy people

Business cards on the way; need hats and shirts; March 9 events will require poster-checking

Meetings minutes need to be placed on the website
