Inviting a Guest to a Meeting
Once you have selected a guest list from the Meeting Proposal screen, you can select the individual guest(s) that you want to invite to the meeting by following the instructions below:
To invite a guest to a meeting:
- Click the name of the individual that you want to invite to the meeting. The name of the guest will appear highlighted.
- Click the `Guest Type' that best describes the status of the guest that you are inviting.
- A Guest Type identifies the status of the guest. For example, a `Required' guest must attend the meeting, whereas a guest with an `Optional' status has the choice not to attend.
