Additional Guest Information

The Get Info feature on the Meeting Proposal screen lets you view additional information about a guest that could prove useful when preparing an agenda, updating your business records, or preparing another type of group hand-out.

Use the Get Info feature to obtain specific guest information such as the guests' title, department, and company, as well as the guests' business address, telephone number, fax number, and email address.

To Get Info on a guest from the Meeting Maker Proposal screen:

1. Click the name of the guest, whose additional information you want to view.
2. Click the Get Info button. The User Information panel appears:
