Signing in to the Meeting Maker Java Client

To sign in to the Meeting Maker Java Client, you must have a supported web browser running. Your Meeting Maker Administator will tell you what URL to enter. The Welcome to Meeting Maker sign in box appears:

To sign in to the Java Client:

1. Click the Name: field and enter your Meeting Maker sign in name. This is the same name that you use to sign in to your regular Meeting Maker client.
2. If you have a password to Meeting Maker, enter the same password in the Password: field. If you do not have a password, leave the field blank.
3. Select the server that from the Server: drop down box. Your Meeting Maker administrator can tell you which server to choose.
4. Click Sign In to sign in to your Java Client.
