Text of original auction listing. Note that it says "WOOD LOOKS TO BE GOOD // NOTHING BROKEN OR SPLIT" and I do believe the machine and case were in very good shape when they went in the box. I call bull**** on 'AS IS' and 'NO RETURNS' if you can't manage to deliver the machine in anything close to the condition it was in during the auction. Seriously, people.
