In the event it seems unlikely that the hinge bolts would simply 'go missing' (and really--- they're not going to fall out by themselves), I'll also point out that the right latch plate is installed backwards. Someone messed with this case at some point and did a half-assed job of it. It doesn't seem the least bit unlikely to me that someone who'd install the latch plate backwards and not notice [the latch doesn't work at all if the plate is backwards] would also forget to put the hinge bolts back in.
