Cagliostro's entourage arrives.
Gerard recognizes Cagliostro's "devil" as a family member, and goes to talk to Princess Chandra about it.
Samantha, Bart, Henry, and Beldin enter.
Flora is (belatedly) invited to the party.
Amaranth is (belatedly) invited to the party.
Flora shows up, along with Jackie and Talos.
Neville recommends to Jean that Ilk be invited.
Jean, in the tree: "Hey Ilk - are you invited to Cailin's party?"
Ilk, also in the tree: "I think that I'm there."
Jean asks Ilk to pull primal Jean to Chaos; he does so.
Jean tells Dworkin about the blood feud. Dworkin points out that the guy is the son of Gerard.
An assassin approaches Princess Chandra and states that there is a gentleman at the front door who has claimed that there are a large number of his relations being imprisoned within, and that he wished to give fair warning before he attacked. Princess Chandra goes off, and comes back with Benedict under her arm.
Jackie and Amaranth are chatting happily together, as neither of them like their mother.
Gerard tells Jean that his son was instrumental in his spam-condition. Jean tells Dworkin; Dworkin suggests Ferro.
Princess Chandra suggests acquiring Absolom. Jean is sent along with Kintani. Princess Chandra asks Kintani to stop by the egg place and invite the Cobaltians. Kintani complains about not being large enough, so Princess Chandra turns sideways and reaches with Serpent Power to invite another dragon to help.
Kintani and the other dragon fly to the egg place; the other dragon carries Cagliostro. The other dragon makes a big deal of Kintani's new titles. Kintani spits out a Jean saucer. Jean and Flora talk; they craft a new invitation for "The Family Cobalt" to cover the new progeny as well.
Jean has Ilk transport the Cobaltian mob to the receptionist's hall in the Assassins' Guild.
Ilk Logrus-pulls Cagliostro and the two dragons to Cagliostro's shadow.
The suit of armor and the other dragon recognize each other, and start making cooing noises.
There is a message, "You have 24 hours to comply" imbedded into the castle's door. There is a servant sanding away at the door. The "devil" walked in above Beldin's wards, fell to the ground, walked to a nearby town, ate a meal and killed some locals, then vanished. Ilk gets a look at the Pattern signature.
The demon goes off to the place where Absolom is working, then Ilk brings the rest of the mob -- including a tree and a nearby baker -- to the demon. Absolom is crawling through the rafters. There are people apparently interrogating someone that looks like Raven. Ilk checks with Princess Chandra. Raven should be invited. Flora says that a verbal invitation will be just fine. Raven tells Kintani that the other two-legs aren't the problem -- the voice coming out of a speaker in a corner is. Ilk searches for people matching that voice, and doesn't find anyone in that shadow. The voice is gone by the time that Ilk burrows a tendril across the barriers around this shadow.
Ilk brings the entire mob to Chaos. Cagliostro shakes his bottle and summons a demon who claims that the person he was just walking to was "Raven Demon-Bane". Cagliostro sends a note to be tacked onto the gate of his castle.
"To His Father's Greatest Disappointment. If you wish to continue this tedious conversation, seek me out at the bald spot in Chaos."
Absolom approaches Gil, calls her his mother, and asks her to test him. Janus offers to referee the affair.
Neville approaches Jean and asks him if he had invited Brandt yet. Brandt accepts the invitation for himself and for Llewella. Neville trumps in Llewella; Ilk Logrus-pulls in Brandt.
