OKI is an open specification, providing standard interfaces
for a number of services that are useful in an Academic environment.
These are called OSIDs (Open Service Interface Definition).
OKI has its own website at The OKI Project.
MIT is implementing a number of these OKI services
as façades to existing MIT infrastructure, as well as creating
new infrastructure. Currently available for download are the
