Postdoc position in Nanoelectronics and/or 2D materials

Responsibilities
- Design and develop new nanoelectronic devices for diverse applications such as transistors, sensors, biomedical devices etc
- Perform multi-physics simulations to optimize the device
- Fabricate the devices using cleanroom facilities and perform device characterization
Qualifications
Required:
- PhD in electrical/electronics engineering, physics, materials science, bio/mechanical/chemical engineering or relevant field
- Strong background in solid state physics, electronic devices, circuits
- Experience in multi-physics simulations
Preferred:
- Experience in nanofabrication
- Experience with 2D materials
