REGISTRATION CHECK IN:

You may check in at the conference registration desk which will be staffed outside the Bush Room (Building 10 Room 105) [for a map click on whereis.mit.edu/bin/map?locate=bush_room].  Check in will begin at 3:30 on Friday, April 26th, 2002.  For those registered a conference packet with the finalized conference program, list of attendees, general information list, and a map will be available.

 

To find the Bush Room from the University Park Hotel: exit the hotel on to Sidney St., walk a block down to Massachusetts Avenue and make a right, follow Massachusetts Avenue down four long blocks until MIT Building 7 is on your left, and enter Building 7.  Go straight through Building 7, continue straight through Building 3 to arrive at Building 10 in which the Bush Room is located (room 105).

 

LOCATIONS OF CONFERENCE SESSIONS

Conference sessions are located in the Bush Room on Friday (Building 10 Room 105)  [whereis.mit.edu/bin/map?locate=bush_room]; in Building E51 rooms 145 and 149 on Saturday [for a map click on 

whereis.mit.edu/bin/map?locate=bldg_e51]; and in the Bartos Theater on Sunday (in the basement of Building E15) [for a map click on whereis.mit.edu/bin/map?locate=bartos].
