$60 MIT students)
Work In Fitness™ is an exercise conditioning class that helps improve overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance while fortifying specific areas that are challenged by long hours of sitting in a passive work environment: neck, shoulders, abdominals, lower back, hamstrings and hip flexors. Class incorporates Chinese Kung Fu and Chi K'ung exercises supplemented with upper body strength training and mat work for core conditioning. Work In Fitness™ is a Dorri Li Fitness Signature Workout. Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Weights and floor mats provided. Led by Dorri Li.
