Class Registration
Wellness classes have limited enrollment, so sign
up as early as possible.
To register, mail your registration
form and payment to:

Payments: Credit cards and checks (payable to MIT Medical) are
the only acceptable forms of payment. No cash will be accepted. When
we receive payment, we will send enrollment confirmation. For questions

Classes are held at MIT Medical, Building E23.

Program Refund Policy
A 100% refund will be offered to those who withdraw at least one
week prior to the start of a workshop.
