Research + Policy Progress in 2022

A Paris Peace Forum Honor

Climate Pathways Project (CPP): The Paris Peace Forum selected CPP as a featured project. To date:

  • 4,372 Leaders across government, business, NGOs, and academia
  • 3,245 Business leaders, including C-suite executives used En-ROADS
  • 171 Leaders in the NGO space tried En-ROADS

Aggregate Confusion Project was the Winner of the Institutional Investor Allocators Choice Award for Best Partnership

The Aggregate Confusion: The Divergence of ESG Ratings on SSRN paper reached 50,000 downloads and earned 4 awards including: Institutional Investor’s Allocator’s Choice Award, John L. Weinberg/IRRCi 2022 Research Paper Award, Cornell ESG Research Conference 2022, Best Paper Award, ARCS 2022 People's Choice Award + runner up for CFA Society of Germany Investment Research Award.

550+ Sustainability Certificate Alumni and Counting…

Education Progress in 2022

  • ~200 students enrolled in our Sustainable Business Lab, Capstone, and Innovating for Impact classes, an increase of ~50 students from 2021.
  • 22 Sustainable Business Lab projects were completed by our students along with host companies
  • Our faculty taught [7] sessions of MIT Sloan Executive Education courses, including [3] special programs for Russel Reynolds and 2 for Deloitte

Alumni Community in 2022

We engaged all Sloan alumni in our sustainability agenda, and empower them to take action in their own contexts and at MIT.

  • We recorded 600+ MIT Sloan Executive Education alumni
  • We’ve awarded 108 Sustainability Certificates to students in May 2022, totalling 550+ Sustainability Certificate alumni since its founding
  • We hosted 3 regional alumni events in 2022, including Boston, San Francisco, and London!

We worked to be recognized as the trusted reference for stakeholders seeking guidance.
