- an informal and off-the-record resource for general conflict management regarding any challenge or dilemma that affects work, study, and life at MIT
* How they can help: they can meet with students to listen, brainstorm, explore, coach, and offer referrals.

Institute Discrimination and Harassment Response (IDHR) office
- a resource for concerns related to discrimination, discriminatory harassment, and bias
* How they can help: they can meet with students to discuss resources, supportive measures, reporting options, voluntary remedies, and resolution pathways.
* Get started: Contact IDHR directly at idhr@mit.edu or phone at 617-715-4080 (reaching out to IDHR does NOT trigger an automatic formal investigation)

MIT Medical: Mental Health and Wellness
- offers mental health and counseling services for MIT students
* How they can help: MIT graduate students are entitled to 52 free individual counseling sessions per year. MIT Mental Health also offers group counseling sessions that can provide both mental health related support and skills building.
* Get started: Call 617-253-2916 during regular weekday hours to briefly discuss your concerns and schedule an appointment.
