Scheduling Recurring Meetings


To schedule a meeting that occurs on a regular basis:
  1. Click Frequency. The Frequency panel appears:
  2. Select the meeting frequency (how often you want the meeting to occur). The table below explains the frequencies and their variations.
    Frequency
    Variations
    Daily
    Every day: Every day, including weekends and holidays.

    Every [ ] day: Every [ ] days (includes weekends).

    On these days of the week: Each week on selected days.
    Weekly
    Every week: Once a week on the selected day.

    Every [ ] weeks: Once each [ ] weeks on the selected day.

    On these weeks of the month: On days you indicate (e.g., 2nd Thursday).
    Monthly
    Every (other) [ ]th: Once a month on the selected date, or every other month on the selected date.
    [ ]th from the end of every (other) month: Counts backward from the last day of every (other) month.
    Quarterly
    Four times a year on the selected dates.
    Annually
    Once a year on the selected dates.
    When choosing Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually, you must also specify what to do if the specified date falls on a weekend. You can choose not to move it or you can choose to move it to the previous week day, the next week day, or the closest week day.
  3. Indicate a meeting end date, or click Ongoing. The Start Date reflects the date you chose for the event. You can change that here as well.

    Note: Meeting Maker checks for future conflicts of recurring meetings. (Same server-1 year. Remote server 1-month)


  4. Click OK when finished specifying meeting frequency.
