Topography
The topography is a series of soft undulating forms whose primariy
objective is draining all of the rainwater into the retention basin as well
as providing interesting spaced for miniature golf. The interior topographies
are formed by mounds of urban rubble. (sketch)
The curvilinear form of the contours are an abstraction of modern urban
planning based off of the cartesian grid. |

Surfaces
The primary surface texture for circulation is urban debris gathered
from the neighborhoods and mixed in with the concrete. This is one way of
collecting stories and memories from the neighborhood and bringing them
into the golf course.
The golf holes are made of grass which requires high maintenance
and summer employment for local children. "In-between" spacesare
filled with meadow grass. |

Planting
The overall planting scheme is to create a dense perimeter along
the streetsides that gradually begins to filter out into the open space
of the park. In a short amount of time, the interior will begin to grow
in and close off some of the open space. (See Planting) |
