DIVERSITY
YArch strives to be an inclusive and diverse venue for Young Architects and below are some statistics to show how we performed along this dimension at YArch'22.
- 25% of the accepted student submissions were from female students.
- Both of the two keynote speakers were female.
- Of the five panelists, one was a PhD student, one was a postdoc researcher, two were faculties, and one was from industry.
- Of the four workshop organizers, two were female and one was from industry.
- Of the 51 PC members, 28% were female members and 22% were from industry.
- Of the 44 mentors, 35% were female mentors.
