Internal Layout
The habitat's most important aspect is what is contained within. At the most basic level, the torus is divided into two floors. 
The top floor is reserved completely for the mission operations. It contains the biology lab, the geology lab, the robotics maintenance center, mission control, and the operations related storage.
The bottom floor, on the other hand, contains everything that maintains living conditions onboard the habitat. It contains the sleeping area, dining, washroom, food storage, power maintenance, life support, the network hub, and the docking support centers.
